Alltvnet Arabic IPTV Reset steps:
Please follow the steps bellow to rest your IPTV Box:
1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the IPTV Box.
2. Insert a small pin into the device from the back, there is a (reset button).
3. Connect the power cable while you are still pressing on the reset pin from the back (20 to 30 seconds).
4. You will get a message on your TV (Android recovery) with few options, select option number 5 and press OK on the remote control.
5. Press OK on Yes to reset and clear the cache.
6. Don’t unplug the power cable until you get the message on the screen (update completed).
7. Press OK on reboot box now.
8. Wait for the boot, then follow the steps on the welcome page.
9. Connect to the internet by WiFi or cable.
Arabic IPTV (Firmware Update):
Please download the file from the link and save it on USB flash memory (Right Click on the link and Save as or Save Target as).

1. Insert the USB memory into IPTV Box.
2. Unplug the power cable from the back of the IPTV Box.
3. Insert a small pin into the device from the back, there is a (reset button).
4. Connect the power cable while you are still pressing on the reset pin from the back (20 to 30 seconds).
5. You will get a message on your TV (Android recovery) with few options, select (Apply from EXT).
6. Then select (update from udisk) and select the file you copied to the USB

7. Don’t unplug the power cable until you get the message on the screen (update completed) reboot box.
8. After completing the update, press on reboot IPTV player.
9. Wait for the boot, then connect to the internet by WiFi or cable.
Arabic IPTV (SPI Update):
Please download the file from the link and save it on USB flash memory (Right Click on the link and Save as or Save Target as).

2. Unplug the power cable from the back of the IPTV Box.
3. Insert a small pin into the device from the back, there is a (reset button).

5. You will get a message on your TV (Android recovery) with few options, select (Apply from EXT).
6. Select (update from udisk) and select the file you copied to the USB

8. After completing the update, press on reboot IPTV player.

Alltvnet Arabic IPTV App installer (set top box):
Please follow the update steps bellow:
1- Download the application update from the link bellow and save it on USB flash memory:

2- Insert the USB flash memory into the Arabic IPTV (USB on the left side)
3- Go to the main screen of your Arabic IPTV and click on the icon called (Applications), it show new screen with a list of applications.
4- Click on the icon called (Appinstaller), it will give you 3 options, select (USB)
5- Click ok on the Arabic IPTV Update file in your USB flash memroy.
6- Click on install and complete the installation
7- After you finish the installation, Press on Open.
8- Update is done.

Arabic IPTV DNS Issues Fix:
Please follow the update steps bellow:
1. Press on settings button on your remote control.
2. Click Ok oneither Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
(if you are connected to Wi-Fi)
1. Press OK and hold for 3 seconds on your Wi-Fi network name and select Modify network
2. Press on show advanced option.
3. Change IP settings to Static
4. Change DNS 1 address to 8.8.8.8
5. Change DNS 2 address to 8.8.4.4
6. Press on Save.
7. Press on Back button on your remote control and test the channels.
(If you are connected to Ethernet, Click OK on Configure Ethernet device).
1. Change the connection type to Static IP.
2. Change DNS address to 8.8.8.8
3. Press on Save.
4. Press on Home button on your remote control and test the channels.
